Virgin Australia please fix your website, it's driving me nuts

I was so frustrated trying to explain to your customer support folk about what's wrong with your website I decided to create this screencast so you can see it for yourself. ​

Please get it fixed quickly as you will drive your loyal customers away.​

The latest upgrade in Virgin Australia's website has meant that frequent travellers, like myself, have to waste time filling in information that Virgin already has. It's ruining the customer experience. I have reported the problems to Virgin but get poor response that makes me feel they just don't care.
